By accessing or using CutCap.ai's software, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these legally binding Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
Account Integrity
Users are responsible for all activities occurring under their credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
Service Continuity
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during critical maintenance windows.
Content Ownership.
You retain 100% ownership of your original video files and generated subtitle scripts. CutCap.ai claims no copyright over your intellectual property.
2. Prohibited Usage
Harassment & Illegal Content
Using our AI to process content that violates international human rights or criminal law.
Reverse Engineering
Attempting to decompile our Neuro-Sync engine or bypass API rate limits.
Automated Scraping
Using unauthorized bots to scrape user data or pricing information.
Limitation of Liability.
CutCap.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our automated translation engine.
3. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal courts located in San Francisco.
